Hello again dear moms and dads. M questions today is..1:Is it egg in the dessert "worms and dirts" 2.Is it possible to get Mickeywaffles without eggs when you have breakfast at CM and CP? Thankyo, you are the best!!

    Hi Cattis!

To my knowledge, there are likely eggs in the worms and dirt desserts that are offered around Walt Disney World.  Worms and dirt is chocolate pudding covered in graham crackers, and topped with some gummy worms (you can absolutely ask if it can be made egg free, and if not, a substitute will be offered). Mickey waffles can be made egg-free, but you'll need to make sure and speak with the chef about your request prior to ordering.

If you need specific information about the foods you'll be consuming, please email specialdiets@disneyworld.com and explain your needs.  They'll get back to you with a list of safe meal (per your allergy or sensitivity).  I'd also suggest that you note in each dining reservation  that there is an allergy or intolerance in the dining party, so that arrangements can be made.

When dining at Counter Service establishments, make sure you let the Cast Member know (when ordering) that there is an allergy or sensitivity, and they'll have the manager come out and speak with you about safe options.

    Have a magical vacation!
