Hello again, My daughter and her family want to stay at AOA, hubby and I want to stay at Pop Century. Can we walk from one resort to the other? like you can at the All Star Resorts? can't wait to see Disney at Christmas. this will be trip number 3. thanks

    Hi Margaret,

You will be happy to know that you can easily walk between the Pop Century and Art of Animation resorts.

The two are connected in the center by the Generation Gap Bridge over Hourglass Lake. On the north end of the resorts, a sidewalk connects the '50s section of Pop Century with the Little Mermaid area of Art of Animation. On the south end, the sidewalk connects the '80s section with the Cars suite area.

You should be able to stroll from any point in one resort to any point in the other resort in 15 minutes or so.

Once you know which section your daughter's family has chosen, you can request a conveniently located room in Pop Century. To see the relationship between the two resorts, you can zoom in and out on the Pop Century resort map.

The last time my family stayed at Pop Century, we walked over to Art of Animation to check out the Landscape of Flavors food court. My husband and I have stayed at Art of Animation, but our daughters haven't, so we also wanted them to see all the great themed decor and landscaping there.

The logistics should work perfectly for you and your family. Enjoy your time together at the Walt Disney World resort, and please let me now if I can answer any other questions for you.
