Hi again Darcie! Sorry for all the ?'s. Is there a way for special needs guests to avoid the finger scan when entering the park? DD had trouble the last visit and often took a few tries before it worked for her. Thanks again :-)

Forgive me for taking a few days to find out about this for you Bev!  I, personally, have not encountered a problem with my daughter at the park entrance so I didn't have any firsthand experiences to pass on.  I believe I've tracked down an answer for you though.

I've been told by multiple Cast Members that you should visit the Guest Relations booth that is outside the park entrance at each of the four theme parks.  Tell them about your concerns and they should be able to assist you in gaining entrance.

    Hope that helps!
