Hi again Moms and Dads. My family and I have quite a few dining reservations and I was wondering if when we arrive at the restaurants if it is necessary to give them the confirmation #s that I was given when I booked?

    Hi Melissa,

I always take my advanced dining reservation confirmation numbers with me on vacation but I have never been asked for these numbers when greeted at the hostess station of any of the Disney restaurants.  When these confirmation numbers really come in handy is when you call (407) WDW-DINE to either cancel a reservation or request a change in time or location.  Then you'll be glad you have the confirmation number because it will speed up the process of finding your old reservation.

My suggestion is that you take a copy of your dining reservations with you on vacation but you will not need to carry them with you everywhere you go.

Wishing you a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
