Hi again! Coming in Oct. W/4 girls (13,8,5 &4) & g'ma (who will rent motorized scooter due to bad knees) Which hotel on Momorail is ur favorite & why?? Will prob need 2 connecting rooms or suite...

    Hi Michelle,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another question.  You are going to love visiting Walt Disney World Resort in the fall, the weather is absolutely beautiful, and the festive seasonal decorations are a sight to see!  After reading your question, the Walt Disney World Resort that jumped into my head automatically was Disney's Contemporary Resort.  Hands down this is my favourite resort on property and here is why.  First of all, it is the closest Walt Disney World Resort to the Magic Kingdom, and although it is on the monorail, there is nothing like walking back to your room after a long day at the theme park instead of waiting for the monorail or a bus.  You will be back in your room before most guests have even made it on the monorail!  Also, this resort has delicious dining, a beautiful pool a fitness centre and so much more!  For me it is classic Walt Disney World; what other resort features the monorail stopping INSIDE the building?

My second choice would have to be a tie (it is way too hard to choose) between Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, and Disney's Polynesian Resort.  The ambiance and dining cannot be beat at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, while I love the tropical feel at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  It is also handy being able to access both Monorail lines directly from Disney's Polynesian Resort, instead of having to switch at the Transportation and Ticket Centre.

No matter which Resort you choose, you can't go wrong.  You have I would recommend looking at the amenities and services offered at each Resort and make a decision based on what's best for the needs of your family.

    Happy Planning,

    Stephanie
