Ahoy, Danielle!
Thank you so much for sailing back to ask more fantastic questions about your upcoming voyage as a Concierge-level Guest aboard the Disney Fantasy! I'm getting SO excited for your cruise and I'm not even sailing with you! Haha!
Embarkation day is so exciting! You will find a designated check-in area for Platinum Castaway Club Members and Concierge Guests at the Cruise Terminal. In our experience, there is rarely a line! The Cruise Terminal at Port Canaveral opens at 11:00 a.m. I recommend arriving any time between 11:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Concierge-level Guests do not get assigned a boarding number, so once you're checked in and Disney Cruise Line begins welcoming Guests aboard (typically between 11:30 and noon), you will be personally escorted onboard and amongst the first Guests onto the ship! I do want to mention that there is a designated Concierge/Platinum Castaway Club Member waiting area in the Cruise Terminal, too. You'll see the Disney Fantasy right outside the window!
The final morning of any Disney Cruise is always so sad, but being a Concierge-level Guest makes an already smooth debarkation process even smoother. Guests are typically asked to be out of their staterooms by 8:00 a.m. on the final morning. As a Concierge-level Guest, you may order a continental breakfast delivered to your suite between 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. the morning of debarkation. Just contact
Room Service the night before to place an order. Also, the Concierge Lounge will be open for a continental breakfast until 8:30 a.m. (All schedules are subject to change.) All Guests are asked to disembark the ship by 9:00 a.m. Typically, a member of the Concierge Team will escort groups of families together down the elevator and to the gangway for a final hug before saying "See Ya' Real Soon!"
As always, please sail back with any more magical questions!
Beth
