Hi again, I always heard it was important to use a "fat" or "thick" writing utensil for the characters to sign autograph books. Would just a standard pen be sufficient, or are there specific type pens you would recommend? Thanks!

    Hi Jackie!

I completely understand your concern.  One of my daughter's most prized possessions is her Walt Disney World autograph book.  I started hers when she was 18 months old and made sure that my husband took pictures of her standing next to the characters when we got the book signed.  She is now 13 (sniff) and has a few pages left because we had the characters sign the front and back of the pages in the book.    We did use whatever regular ink pen we had handy.  I know we even used the pen left by housekeeping in our room.  It really works well because the signatures never bled or smudged when we closed the book.   I can see why you would want a pen with a wider tip, and that's fine, but make sure it's just regular ink.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask me.  I hope you have a wonderful trip!!!!
