Hi Again!4 adults coming in Oct.Everything is booked in planned!41 days to go! Is it safe to budget 30-40$ a day for food. plan on eating breakfast in suit each morning. have 5 tbl res. rest of the time quick service? thanks for your advice!

Hi, Steph!  I'm glad to hear you have all your details planned and your magical vacation is just weeks away!

On our last vacation, I had my husband keep track of what we spent on food each day.   We usually had a light breakfast at our resort, one counter service and one table service each day (with a Mickey Ice Cream Bar tossed in there!)   For our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) we spent between $150 - $175 per day.

To get an idea of what meals will cost, go to www.allears.net and click on DINING.   You can look up each restaurant you plan to dine at and see the menus and pricing.    Hopefully this will help you budget for your vacation.

Have a super time on your trip!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
