Family bicycles at the Boardwalk

    i would like to make a afternoon tea at the new bakery at disneys boardwalk area. it says a 2023 opening but when is opening day ?? I have reservations for may 2023. thanks, susan

    Welcome back to planDisney! We are so grateful that you continue to visit us for help with all of your planning questions. I know you spoke to my friend Leslie already, and I agree; I cannot wait until The Cake Bake Shop Bakery by Gwendolyn Rogers opens up.

    I know you spoke to Leslie, and we didn’t have an update in February, so I was hoping today would be different. Unfortunately, after talking to a Cast Member, we still do not have an official update about when the Cake Bake Shop will reopen. Only that it will be sometime in 2023; I know you must be as disappointed as I am by the news. The treats look incredible, and I cannot wait to enjoy the tea service there when it does open up.

    As Leslie initially recommended, keep checking the Disney Parks Blog, and feel free to come back and check in with us again to see if we have any new insight to share early next month.
