Is there afternoon bus service from Hollywood Studios direct to Disney Springs? If yes, what time does it start?

    Hi Heidi!

Welcome BACK to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's so great seeing you again, and thank you for your continued use of our panel! A few trips ago my family tried to get from Hollywood Studios to Disney Springs because we just weren't Disney-ed out for the day yet, and at the time you had to transfer elsewhere. We ended up getting SO lost and turned around that we eventually gave up! Thankfully that changed recently and now there IS a direct bus from Disney's parks to Disney Springs.

Starting at 4 P.M. daily, you can now find Disney Springs bound buses from all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, so you can dine, shop and play your evening away. Buses run every 20-ish minutes from each park, and utilize the same drop off area as the Resort Hotel buses in the Town Center area of Disney Springs. You may catch a Disney Springs bus from any Disney theme park until 11 P.M., or until two hours after each park has closed for the night, whichever is first.

Please note that Bus Transportation between Disney Springs and the theme parks is only one way, so to catch an evening nighttime spectacular at Disney's Hollywood Studios or Extra Magic Hours at Epcot, you will have to take a bus to a Disney Resort Hotel or to the Ticket and Transportation Center first, where you can then transfer to the bus, boat or monorail needed for your second leg of the journey. Also note that there is no direct service between Disney's two water parks and Disney Springs.

Bus service back to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel from Disney Springs will turns back into a pumpkin at 2 A.M.

I hope this helped with your trip planning, Heidi, and I hope you have a ton of fun with all that Disney Springs has to offer. We'll See You Real Soon!
