    I have been advised to collect my tickets at Disney Springs.Is there a way to be able to collect them in advance so that i don't have to waste a day? It's my daughters birthday & we planned to go to a park so would rather get tickets in adv

    Let me be one of the first to wish your daughter a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I can't think of a more magical way for her to spend her special day than with you at Walt Disney World Resort!

    It sounds like your theme park tickets are on a Will Call status. Because of this, you will need to pick up your tickets at one of the Guest Relations or ticket windows. The Disney Springs location is typically recommended for Guests who are staying off property and want to pick up their tickets before their first park day. If your first day in Orlando is also your first day at Walt Disney World Resort, I do have a recommendation to help you maximize your time in the theme park. Simply go to the theme park you have selected for the day and visit Guest Relations or a ticket window located right outside the theme park entrance. The friendly Cast Members will assist you with your tickets and get you on your way so you can enjoy a magical day!

    I will add, once you have enjoyed your time in the theme park, Disney Springs is also a fabulous destination! You will love the dining, shopping, and entertainment options! Disney Springs is a must do during all of our family vacations!
