Could you advise how far out you can book the magic kingdom desert party please. We are coming in August

    Boo to You, Lucy!

Welcome to planDisney, the sweetest place on the internet! I am so excited that you sent us this magical question today as there is no better place to get the best treats than at the Walt Disney World Resort. You also picked such a magical time to go and visit, and I cannot wait for you to experience the magic of the 50th-anniversary celebrations!

As a fellow sweet tooth-haver and fireworks-lover, I am so happy that you are looking into booking a fireworks dessert party! With great views of the fireworks and the best treats, what more could you possibly ask for? Since dessert parties are part of the Enchanting Extras Collection, you will be able to book your reservation up to 60 days before your trip. Concretely, this means that you will be able to make your reservations starting in June. You can book your dessert party online through the reservation system, or by calling a Cast Member at the free helpline if you are experiencing any issues!

Now, I completely understand how far away June sounds! In my opinion, the best way to treat a sweet tooth is to talk about all the other treats you will be able to try! As you may know, Disney really likes to celebrate, which means that the end of August is usually the start of the Halloween season. Therefore, one of my favourite places to visit at that time of year is the Main Street Confectionery. Indeed, the Main Street Confectionery always includes seasonal treats, and the Halloween Minnie Caramel Apple is a favourite of mine. If you are craving lollipops and lemon drops or jelly beans or chocolate, you must check out the special after-hours parties that occur during the Halloween season at Magic Kingdom Park. With its themed shows, fireworks, parade, and trick-or-treating station, it is the best destination for dessert-lovers like us!

I hope this was helpful, Lucy, and that you and your family will have the best, spookiest time on your next Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, don't hesitate to reach out. It is always a *treat* to help fellow international Guests like you!

    Have a spooktacular day,
