    Can you advise what calendar period Disney regards “late fall” constitutes and advise when you expect to know the actual opening date of Star Wars Land at Disney World. We are trying to book a package and need to know when to book.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! I totally understand your family’s excitement at the fact that we now have a season for when Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be opening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Although it seems so far away, I’m sure that opening day will be here before we know it. 

    There’s no precise calendar period that corresponds to “Late Fall” for Walt Disney World Resort but, based on my experience, I figure that probably means either November or early December. I would recommend that you keep checking the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-the minute information about all things Star Wars at Walt Disney World Resort. That should help you pick the perfect season in which to plan your Disney Parks vacation.
