    Hi Stuart David!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow Guests from the UK, and I'm happy to see that you are planning a holiday for next year.   As you know, theme park reservations - the new Disney Park Pass system - will be required for every day you wish to visit a Walt Disney World theme park.  There is no guarantee that you will be able to make your reservation for the Disney Park Pass, so the earlier you can secure your park passes, the better.  There is an availability calendar that should help you before you finalise your holiday details, but please remember that until you actually make your Disney Park Pass reservations, availability could change.  Also, you cannot finalise any reservations until you have purchased your park admission tickets and linked them to your My Disney Experience account.

If you are ultimately unable to secure a Disney Park Pass reservation, you can get a refund on your park admission ticket or you have the option of cancelling your ticket.  Please call Walt Disney Travel Company International on UK freephone number 0800 169 0730 to discuss your options.  You may also call the Disney Reservation Center in the USA on 407-566-4985.

At this time, during the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our holidays to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic and Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go, and keep your eye on any new posts from the Disney Parks Blog as more official details are announced.

We know you have many questions about what this all means for your upcoming visit.  Please know we are working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share.  Come back and ask as many questions as you like!  We are always happy to help you plan your holiday.
