Hello Jennifer and thanks for bringing your great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
In my opinion
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort would be a wonderful place for you and your lovely family to stay during your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!
The Cabins certainly provide an ample
home sweet home style space which is suitable enough for most family groups and are actually one of my family of 6's most favorite places to stay!
The Cabin's bedroom can sleep 4 Guests in 1 x full size double bed and 1 x bunk bed with I would say, just enough extra space to also accommodate a babies crib. A further 2 Guests can comfortably sleep in the
pull down style full size double bed in the living area.
There is no denying that Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is rather large and widespread, but for my family that is simply part of it's charm.
The Fort as it's known to it's many loyally returning Guests is such a peaceful Resort, full of nature and calm, yet only a short boat ride away from all the fun and
razzamatzz found within the Magic Kingdom Park.
During my families many visits to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort we've never incurred any Disney transportation issues or experienced trouble navigating our way around
The Fort. If I can help further plan your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
Have a great Disney day.
