Hi Kelly,
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I am so glad that you are considering how to best utilize
Disney's FastPass+ system before you head to Walt Disney World. As I am sure that you know, making Disney FastPass+ selections will allow you to experience some attractions with shorter wait times.
Guests have different ways that they like to choose their Disney FastPass+ selections. I tend to use the plan that you laid out! Before we leave home, I will make three morning Disney FastPass+ selections per day for my family using
My Disney Experience. I like to make the time windows close together. For instance, if we were heading to Magic Kingdom, I might make our selections for Tomorrowland Speedway between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., for Space Mountain between 10:35 a.m. and 11:35 a.m., and for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train between 11:40 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. These are also rides that are fairly close together. In the in between time, for instance, if we ride Tomorrowland Speedway and are done before our next Disney FastPass+ selection time window opens up, we would experience nearby attractions such as Mad Tea Party or Dumbo the Flying Elephant until it does.
Then, after using the last Disney FastPass+ selection, I would use the
My Disney Experience Mobile App or visit a kiosk in the theme park to make another Disney FastPass+ selection. These are based on availability, of course. Once I used that fourth selection, I would make a fifth in the same way, and so on and so forth, for the rest of the day. I think this maximizes how many Disney FastPass+ selections you can make.
Please let us know if you have any further questions, Kelly.
