Hi there, Katey! I am so glad that you brought this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel because there is SO MUCH for little ones to do at the Disneyland Resort!
In addition to the over 40 attractions in both parks that don't have height restrictions, one of my daughter's all-time favorite locations is Mickey's Toontown in Disneyland Park. Sometimes little ones need some space to run around and play and this is just the place to do that. Your child can explore Donald's Boat, play around in Goofy's Playhouse, and climb Chip n' Dale Treehouse. You can even take a stroll through both Mickey's and Minnie's houses and meet these famous mice here as well.
In Disney California Adventure Park, your first stop should be “a bug’s land” because it is the perfect place for 2-year-olds! As you enter this land, you will shrink down to the size of the bug and marvel at the whimsical creations Flik and his pals have constructed out of some common human objects like popsicle sticks, raisin boxes, and more. There are also three attractions that don’t have height restrictions that your child will love. We adore soaring on Flik’s Flyers, taking a spin on Francis’ Ladybug Boogie, and seeing the larger-than-life, half eaten treats on Heimlich’s Chew Chew Train. If it’s a hot day, stop by Princess Dot Puddle Park which is a super fun splash pad and the perfect way to cool off. Just remember to bring a change of clothes for your little one and perhaps some water shoes.
I hope this helps give you some ideas of what to do with your child on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
