Hiya, Jennifer, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you’re hEAR, and I’m so excited for the planned
reopening of Disneyland Resort in July! You’re going to have so much fun using your
Southern California Resident Tickets at long last.
First, I have good news to share: The expiration date for the Southern California Resident Ticket has
been extended through December 16, 2021. Your tickets may be used on non-consecutive days, excluding these blockout dates: November 21-28, 2020; December 19, 2020-January 10, 2021; March 26-April 11, 2021; July 4, 2021; and November 20-27, 2021.
As for reservations, here’s what we know so far: To help enable physical distancing, theme-park capacity will be reduced with the help of a new park reservation system. This new system will require all Guests to obtain a reservation for park entry in advance. Theme-park reservations will be subject to availability. According to the site, more details about this new reservation system will be announced soon. For the latest updates, I recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog, and on
Disneyland.com.
Last but not least, I recommend checking here to get an idea of
what to expect on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Since face coverings will be required, I highly recommend checking out these cute
Disney Cloth Face Masks on shopDisney.com! I recently ordered some for my whole family, and I love the handy sizing guide to help you find the perfect fit. From Disney Princesses to
Star Wars, there’s a special design for every Disney fan in your life!
I hope this information helps, Jennifer! Please stop by with any additional questions… I’m all EARs!
