    Hello we were just in disneyland/California adventure and on our last night there on 12/12/23, my grandson lost his new Groot plush we bought him in one of the stores. May I order this to be shipped? Not sold in shopDisney.com.

    I feel for you. My family has had our share of lost item experiences at the Disneyland Resort too. I’m grateful for the kind support from Cast Members who have been able to help us recover several items that have been left behind.

    Since we live out-of-state relative to the Disneyland Resort too, I’m glad we can find select Disney Parks merchandise on shopDisney. Although there isn’t an available option to purchase non-shopDisney merchandise to be delivered to your home, you may email the Disney Parks merchandise team for additional information and support. I also recommend submitting a lost and found report online to see if your grandson’s plush was found by someone else and can be arranged to be reunited with him.
