Hi Paul!
Thanks for your question. Because we have a large family and almost always travel to Walt Disney World with a child or two, I have some advice about
renting strollers at the Parks. It is a little challenging during busy seasons, exactly for the reasons you mentioned--availability can be limited and you may have to wait in a long line. Also, if you are planning to
hop from Park to Park, you cannot take rented strollers out of the Parks. In other words, you will need to return it before you leave and rent another one at the next Park you visit that day. Don't worry, you will not be required to pay another rental fee. You simply show your receipt from the first Park you visited that day and you will be given another stroller. If this is your only option, though, I can tell you we have rented strollers at the Parks many, many times and never had a problem. But here's another idea: take a look at the
Disney Featured Providers listed on the website. These private companies are fantastic! They make the entire process seamless and simple-- delivering the stroller directly to your hotel before your arrival and picking it up after you leave. I absolutely love this option as you are able to keep the stroller the entire length of your stay and it is available for you to use from the hotel to the Parks, from Park to Park, and back to the hotel again. That is a huge plus, especially when you have tired little ones at the end of the day. We have used this service oodles of times and I know you would be as pleased with it as we have been, if you decide to go that route. Please come back if there is anything else we can do for you. Here's to a magical Walt Disney World visit and a very Happy New Year!
