Hiya Yvette!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us this magical question! I don't know about you, Yvette, but one of my favourite parts of visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is always the food. With all its amazing restaurants, quick-service food and beverage locations and various snacks, the food becomes an attraction in and of itself, in my opinion!
Quick-Service Dine Cards are offered when purchasing select packages that allow you to pay for your quick-service meals and snacks. These cards can be redeemed at select quick-service locations and even used as a form of payment on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. The biggest advantage of these cards is that they are valued at $40 per adult per day or $15 per child aged three to nine years old (as of June 27th when I am writing this, but prices are subject to change,) which is more than the price of the card. Plus, they are a great way to stay on budget when buying food, as it can definitely be easy to spend more than you expected on all those Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars! Quick-Service Dine Cards can be picked up at your Disney Resort hotel upon checking in and are selected upon check out when booking your package.
Now, Yvette, if you are foodie like I am, I thought I would share some of my recommendations for the most delicious vacation ever! First, I highly recommend you look through the
list of restaurants included in your Dine Cards, as there are so many fantastic options! For example,
Connections Eatery recently opened its doors this past Spring of 2022, and I can confirm that it is a delicious food option. While it may be a dessert, I believe the Liege Waffle is the perfect breakfast with its sweet strawberries, cream and chocolate drizzle. However, if you are looking for a full meal, the Banh Mi Burger and the Curry Spice Pizza are both delicious options. Similarly, another restaurant that only opened this past October of 2021 was La Crêperie de Paris by Remy's Ratatouille Adventure.
The takeout window is also included in your Dine Card, which is another fantastic option for a quick bite. If you have not tried them yet, I cannot recommend the Ratatouille Galette or the Housemade Hazelnut & Chocolate Spread Crêpe enough!
I hope this was helpful, Yvette, and that you and your fellow little chefs will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit or if you need more food recommendations, please don't hesitate to reach out. You and me, we're in a club now!
As Remy would say, à bientôt et bon appétit!
