    Hi! Is there any advantage to having an 8:00am Be Our Guest breakfast reservation on a morning where early Extra Magic Hours are offered? Other than having an early breakfast in BOG of course! I would like to see the castle before it is crowded.

    Hello Jessica! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Having early morning Advanced Dining Reservations at Be Our Guest Restaurant is a magical way to start your day at Magic Kingdom and a much-prized Reservation to obtain.

    Before the Let the Magic Begin Welcome Show began at Cinderella Castle to officially start the day at Magic Kingdom, Advanced Dining Reservations or early morning Events or Tours were the only way to access Magic Kingdom before the crowds walked down Main Street, U.S.A. for rope drop. The Let the Magic Begin Welcome Show allows Guests access to several shops and Main Street Bakery roughly 40 minutes before Magic Kingdom is officially scheduled to open and this means it does get crowded earlier than it used to.

    However, if you have Advanced Dining Reservations at Be Our Guest Restaurant for 8:00am on a morning when Magic Kingdom is scheduled to open at 9:00am and there are Extra Magic Hours scheduled for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you may be able to enter a little earlier than the rest of the Guests at around 7:40am. This will give you the least crowded view of Cinderella Castle other than possibly the last possible moments after the Theme Park has closed on your way out of Magic Kingdom.

    Look for the special entrance for Guests with early morning Advanced Dining Reservations and Events and Tours at the Main Gates of Magic Kingdom when you arrive.
