Greetings Cheryl!
I'm thrilled you've stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
Disney has created wonderful services and strategies to make sure that
Guests with cognitive disabilities, and those traveling with them, have a magical visit. Most Guests find that combing the use of Disney's FastPass+ selections with the
Disability Access Service (DAS) works well in maximizing their resort experience. While there is no reserved parade seating area for Guests using DAS, there are special viewing areas for Guests with disabilities reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also use your FastPass+ selections for several parades and shows and use DAS for rides or attractions.
The links above will give much more information on Guests visiting with cognitive disabilities and on the Disability Access Service. If you have any further questions, however, we would love to help.
Have a wonderful vacation, Cheryl!
Lauren
