How do I get into advanced planning with DAS

Hiya, Gene, and welcome to planDisney!

The Disneyland Resort strives to meet the needs of all Guests, including those with disabilities, and now, the Resort is making it even easier to apply for Disability Access Service (DAS) ahead of your visit with DAS Advance. So, with DAS Advance, you can pre-register for DAS online with a live video chat as early as 30 days before your visit, and no less than two days before. During your registration chat, you’ll also have the chance to book up to 2 one-hour return windows for select experiences, subject to availability. This is in addition to the regular DAS benefit of making return-time selections throughout your day.

If for any reason you aren’t able to register for DAS before your visit, you can still register at the Disneyland Resort upon arrival at City Hall (in Disneyland Park), Chamber of Commerce (in Disney California Adventure Park), or any Guest Information location.

Before your arrival, I recommend downloading the Disneyland app, since you’ll be using it to schedule your DAS return times once you’re inside the theme parks. The app is my favorite handy helper -- I also use it to mobile order food and drinks ahead of time, which is another great way to avoid long waits.

I hope this information helps as you begin planning your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, Gene! Please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!

    Wishing you magic,
