Hello there, Pam!
It sounds like you’re interested in doing some
theme park hopping at the Walt Disney World Resort. This is a great way to see more than one theme park in a day to ride some of your favorite attractions and eat at your favorite Disney dining spots.
If you have a ticket with a Park Hopper Option, that means you can visit more than one theme park after 2:00 p.m. EST. You will need to make a theme park reservation for the first park you plan on visiting that day. Once you enter that first park, you’ll be able to move to any theme park starting at 2:00 p.m. EST. The ability to visit the second theme park is subject to theme park capacity limitation, but you do not need a reservation to visit the second theme park.
You can view the
theme park reservation availability through the
My Disney Experience mobile app by selecting the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. Once the pop-up screen appears, you can select “Make or Modify Park Reservations” and “Theme Park Tickets” to view the theme park reservation availability from your mobile device.
The wait times for attractions will vary depending on how popular the attraction is and how busy the theme park is that day. To see the current attraction wait times from the My Disney Experience mobile app, select the location symbol at the bottom of the screen. Next, I like to select “Filter” in the top left corner of the screen to narrow down what theme park I’m viewing. You can view the wait times on the map or in a list form.
Please follow up with us at planDisney if you have any other questions. It sounds like you have lots of Disney thrills in your future.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
