Memory Maker is a great investment for your vacation to
Walt Disney World Resort in my opinion. Disney PhotoPass Cast Members do such a great job capturing truly magical photos. Not only that, but attraction photos are some of my favorite family photos from our collection! We have several framed in our home. I’m confident that you’ll leave with some fantastic photos that you’ll cherish for years to come!
To answer your question, Mary, Memory Maker purchases are a little bit sneaky! There’s an extra step required to locate it in your plans, but
hakuna matata, I’ve got you! From the “My Plans” section of the Walt Disney World Resort website, scroll down until you see the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” heading. Just below that on the left-hand side, you should see two tabs: “Daily Itinerary” and “Tickets and Memory Maker”. The website defaults to “Daily Itinerary”, but you’ll need to select “Tickets and Memory Maker”. From there, scroll all the way down to “Memory Maker Purchases”, and you should see your purchase there.
If you don’t, you can link your Memory Maker purchase. From the “My Plans” section of the website, on the right side you should see a blue button marked “Add More Plans.” This will trigger a drop-down menu. From this menu, select the “Link Reservations and Purchases” tab. From here, select the “Memory Maker” button, and then you’ll be prompted to enter your ID or Order Number that can be found in the confirmation email you would have received when you made your purchase.

contacting Walt Disney World Resort directly. A friendly Cast Member would be more than happy to help with the process.
