I am advance planning my family's trip to Disney World, trying to decide which park to do which day. We're staying at BW Inn and want to use extended evening hours. Can I predict which park will offer hours on which day?

    Hey Matthew,

Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for the opportunity to answer your question and help make your vacation magical!

I totally understand the desire to plan your theme park days from rope drop to fireworks. And as a Guest of Disney's BoardWalk Inn, you get to enjoy a few hours beyond the fireworks during Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. At this time, the Hours & Events Calendar is only posted through early November. The theme park hours are typically posted up to 60 days in advance; however, you may need to keep checking the calendar for updates on the Extended Evening Hours.

Based on what I can see on the current schedule, Extended Evening Hours are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays. The theme park may change based on events taking place, like holiday parties and Disney After Hours events. I found a schedule from January 2025, and it looks like Extended Evening Hours alternated between the theme parks throughout the month, so unfortunately we’re unable to predict where it will be held in January 2026.

I’m sorry I don’t have a complete schedule to share, Matthew. Since you’re staying at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, you’ll have an easy walk over to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. I have a future stay planned at the BoardWalk Inn, and the proximity to two parks was a major factor in choosing that Resort. If you have any more questions, we’d love for you to send them to us at planDisney
