1/27 we (3 adults, 4 yr, 6 yr) plan to spend 3/4 day in Epcot. Thinking Boardwalk after for shopping & ice cream. Will other activities be there on a Sun winter afternoon...street performers, games, etc? Should we got DD instead? Been to DD B4 but not

    Hi Kerri!

I love visiting Disney's BoardWalk area with my family in the evening. If you've not done so before, it's definitely worth planning around for an evening.

As far as street performers like magicians and little 'games' going on for the kids go, they generally begin performing at around 6:30/7:00pm and are most often set up just in front of the Flying Fish Cafe.

If you're looking for a dinner option out in the BoardWalk Area, the Big River Grille & Brewing Works is a great, family friendly option which takes walk-in diners only. Reservations not required in advance.

Stroll on over to the Beach Club side of Crescent Lake after dinner and you'll find Movies Under the Stars going on on the beach. The kids can roast a marshmallow or two, and sit down to catch some of a favourite, classic Disney movie. It's just an all-around great way to spend an evening.

If you have additional questions about your fast-approaching vacation, please don't hesitate to write me back Kerri! I'd love to hear from you again.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
