Hi Louis!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you sailed by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! Before you know it, you will be celebrating onboard as you head to sea for an adventure filled with non-stop activities and entertainment!
Your
three-night voyage will include one cruise casual dinner service, one optional “dress up” night and one Pirate Night! On the optional “dress up” night you will find that Guests will vary greatly in their attire – so I always recommend that Guests pack what is comfortable for them, whether that be more casual or more of a dressy attire. My family usually falls right in the middle – sundress for me and slacks with a polo for my guys! On
Pirate Night, though, Guests love to dress up as swashbuckling pirates to partake in the fun themed night and onboard activities! Your seven-year old may enjoy a fun Pirates League makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique where they can be transformed into a pirate ready to take on any enemies that try to invade the “Mickey Boat”! It’s a fun filled night complete with a deck party and a spectacular firework show! If you do plan on dining in one of the adult-exclusive restaurants onboard, be advised that there is a dress code that is enforced at those restaurants, so plan ahead if you will be dining there during your voyage. You can make reservations under “My Cruise Activities” prior to your sailing or inquire about availability once onboard.
Please stop back with any other planning questions as your voyage approaches!
Happy Sailing!
