Hi Peter! Most of the resorts have at least one mercantile or gift shop that carry a selected variety of items such as diapers, pull ups, aspirin, cold medicine, etc. In the Parks near the stroller/wheelchair rental area (usually right after Park entrance), there's usually a little open checkout area that sells those same type items one can purchase.
