If we have 5 adults and three children - are we allowed to stay in the animal kingdom / 1 bedroom - sleeps 5 adults?

    Hi Bonnie,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Is the trip you're planning far far away? Short or long, let's get busy planning for it!

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge recreates the heart of Africa in a magnificent Resort hotel. Views are beautiful including four savannas housing over 200 animals. Now, standard rooms have a maximum capacity of four adults, but can also accommodate a child under the age of three. If all your children are over the age of three, you may need to book a 1 Bedroom Suite, which can accommodate up to six adults.

Some of the other deluxe Disney Resort hotels have standard rooms with capacity for up to five adults. One of my favorite ones is Disney's Beach Club Resort. If cost is a concern, you should be aware that some of the moderate Resort hotels like Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside have rooms that can accommodate up to five Guests.

One last tip: make a reservation for a Magic Your Way Vacation Package now. And then keep an eye to the Special Offers page to see if you can find a way to save some Disney Dollars. Happy planning!
