Hi 5 adults in our party with all their own credit cards. They will all want to link these to their magic bands. It also won't let me check in on line unless I give them all a PIN number, but I don't want them to charge this all to my credit

    Hi Linda,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you so very much for asking me a direct question about your upcoming vacation!

We often visit Walt Disney World Resort with other families, and you’ll be happy to know that it’s definitely possible for each person to have a separate credit card linked to their MagicBand for charging privileges.

When you do Online Check-In, just give everyone an easy-to-remember PIN number, and tell them what it is. When you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, please mention to the Cast Member at the Registration desk that you’d like to have each Guest’s MagicBand linked to a separate credit card. They'll also be asked to choose a new PIN. It may take a while to set everyone up correctly, but it’s well worth the wait!

Based on my past experiences, I highly recommend that you request a printout of your party’s respective transactions after your first day in order to double check that the transactions are being processed correctly. It’s easier to catch a problem after the first day, rather than at check-out.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
