Hey there, Sean. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
There are many reasons why I love staying at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort while on vacation at
Walt Disney World. The resort itself is just beautiful. Being able to catch a glimpse of Cinderella Castle from the
Lava Pool during an afternoon swim is so cool and grabbing a frozen sweet treat from the
Pineapple Lanai never gets old either! There are many restaurants to choose from when the snack attack hits at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. My family and I love having dinner at
'Ohana, it's been a longstanding favorite for years now. I always try to snag an evening reservation close to the time of the fireworks show at Magic Kingdom Park. When the show starts, the restaurant dims the lights and pipes in the soundtrack. If you request a window seat, it's a perfect view. It's my favorite way to end a great day at Walt Disney World. I also love grabbing a quick bite to eat at
Captain Cook's, which is the Quick Service dining location there. The menu is fantastic, the pulled pork nachos are my go-to. If chicken nuggets are what you are craving, you will absolutely be able to order them from the kids' menu no problem. The kids' meals are usually served with a side and then a small drink out of the cooler, so don't forget to grab that after you check out.
I hope that this helps, Sean. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask. Enjoy!
