Can adults order from the kids menus at sit down restaurants at disneyland? (Lamplight lounge specifically)

    Welcome to planDisney, Megan.

Thanks for choosing to be our Guest. I'm always looking for ways to save money when I plan a Disney vacation. Ordering off the kids' menu is a great way to do that. Oftentimes, the portion sizes are more than enough for an adult. Usually, I'll even split a kid's meal between my two Mouseketeers.

Although restaurants often have their own policies, most restaurants at the Disneyland Resort are very accommodating and usually allow adults to order from the kids' menus. Although I've never done this at Lamplight Lounge specifically, I imagine you'd have no problem. Just check with your server and I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you.

If you are required to order from the adult menu, then you can't go wrong with the Lobster Nachos at Lamplight Lounge. And if you're looking for a delicious seasonal treat, then the Pumpkin-spiced Donuts are a must!

I trust you'll have a fantastic time at Disney California Adventure Park, Megan. Make sure you arrive for park opening and make a beeline for Radiator Springs Racers in Cars Land. This is one of the most immersive attractions I've ever been on. It'll surely put some "ka-chow" in your tank for the rest of your Disney day.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Megan. See ya real soon!
