We have 5 adults & 4 kids (11, 10, 9, 2) visiting in Feb'14. Trying to decide between Art of Animation fam suites or 2 bed villa's at Old Key West or Saratoga Springs. Which one would you prefer? Not because of price but amenities, location, etc.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is amazing!! Every detail of the resort makes you feel as if you are a part of some of your favorite Walt Disney and Disney Pixar movies. The pool is incredible and takes fun to a new level with underwater speakers. The suites and courtyards are whimsical to say the least. The Family Suites can accommodate 6 Guests so you will need 2. I think Disney’s Art of Animation Resort might be on the top of the list if your kiddos are deciding.

As a mom of small children and a Disney Vacation Club Member, I would be inclined to select either Disney’s Old Key West Resort or Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. I love having the full kitchen and washer and dryer. The pools at Saratoga Springs are great! I know I keep talking about pools and you will be there in February but many times you can still enjoy some time splashing about in the great themed pools that you will find at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you select Saratoga Springs, you might consider the Treehouse Villas. Your 9, 10 and 11 year olds will love spending time in the tree tops while enjoying the magic of Walt Disney World. Another advantage of either Old Key West or Saratoga Springs is that you can all stay together if you select a 2-Bedroom Villa or larger.

I don’t know if I have helped you or made the decision even more difficult. I know that whatever resort you select, you will love it and you will cherish every moment together.

I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed answering this question. You provided me with happy thoughts and memories of three fabulous resorts! Please let me know if you need any further information as you continue to plan your vacation. Thanks so much for your question and have a magical day!
