Hi, We are 4 adults, and 3 kids (7, 5, 2 at time of travel... Dec 2013). We are considering Treehouses, Old Key West or Beach Club villas. Which would you recommend? It will be our kids' first visit. Thanks!

Kate, your children must be so excited about their upcoming vacation where they can meet Disney princesses, eat Mickey ice cream, and fly on elephants.

Any of the resorts you are considering will be fabulous. At Walt Disney World, unlike the real world, there are no wrong choices. Consider my opinions and then use your own judgement to pick where your family would most enjoy staying.

Disney's Old Key West Resort: Here you will receive the most bang for your buck. Spacious villas, tropical Florida theming, and deluxe amenities. If budgeting is a priority, consider staying here.

Disney's Beach Club Resort: Superb location- you can walk to Epcot and hop on a boat to Disney's Hollywood Studios. The pool complex here rivals many water parks with a pirate ship, sandy bottomed pool, and a lazy river.

Disney's Treehouse Villas: Three bedrooms, by the door parking, a deck, and the opportunity to sleep in a round house on stilts high about the ground provides a unique experience. My family stayed in a Treehouse last weekend and felt as though we were in a secluded river cabin rather than just minutes away from the world's most popular theme park. You are, however, a bus or car ride away from the resort's main building.

Remember any choice will provide a wonderful, deluxe place to stay for your family. If you have any additional questions, please contact me. Enjoy your visit to Mickey!
