Walt Disney World vacations are so memorable and so magical, you are guaranteed to create core memories during this special time together. I just brought my own large family to Disney World this Christmas and we had the best time.
Planning a Disney vacation can definitely be tricky with a large party, so I understand your desire for a travel agent's help completely. While planDisney panelists, who are all guests just like you, can help with tips, tricks and information, we aren't and do not have access to information for authorized Disney travel agents. If I were looking for one, I would try an internet search for "authorized Disney travel planner" or "Earmarked Disney travel agency."
Know that when you secure an agent, you can
keep track of all reservations and plans they make for you in your
My Disney Experience account. Additionally, while many agents will manage your dining reservations for you as part of their service, some may charge an additional fee. If you find that you need (or want) to book your own dining reservations, you will want to do so at exactly 60 days prior to your arrival. With a party your size, it can be tough securing popular dining reservations so do this as early as you possibly can. Consider adding one of the
Disney Dining Plans to your trip - these plans add prepaid meals to your vacation and help it feel more inclusive.
Finally, consider adding fun extras to your vacation like
Lightning Lane passes which allow you to skip the traditional standby queue in the theme parks and Memory Maker which allows you to download all of your
PhotoPass photos taken throughout the resort. This is one of my most favorite add-ons with a large family as it allows everyone to be in all the photos and there are cool Magic Shots that cast members can use to enhance your photos. Check out
Disney's Enchanting Extras Collection as well - with 5 children coming, there's bound to be one (or a few) experiences that might appeal to you.
