Hi, Amanda!
Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel!
This is a great question, so I made a few calls to ensure that you know your options.
I often stay at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort, which offers pizza
delivery as well as a
pizza pick-up window at Intermission Food Court; I called and was able to get connected with a Cast Member at that pizza pick-up window at ASM. That CM confirms that if your use your
Disney Dining Plan for pizza delivery at a participating resort, this will use 2 adult Quick-Serve entitlements and will include 1 pizza, 2 drinks and 2 desserts as well as a Caesar salad.
However, I wondered if you are staying at a resort that offers pizza delivery, and if you could
walk over to the pizza pick-up area personally, instead of using delivery, if that would open up your options. It will!
If one of the adults can go to the food court, order a full pizza (which includes all of the above) and use 2 adult Quick-Service entitlements from your Disney Dining Plan. When you order this in person, you can use your kid's QS entitlements to order kids meals. This could be one slice of pizza (cheese, pepperoni or vegetable), with a beverage and two sides such as grapes, a breadstick, applesauce or yogurt. You may have those slices right away, or have them ready with your large pizza. You can avoid using 4 adult QS entitlements to get two pizzas by using the kids' entitlements with your order, as long as you can pick up these items in person.
The key here is that there is no kids' menu available
for delivery, but the food court where the pizzas are made DOES have a kids' menu. Sounds great to me!
Send more questions as you plan; we love to help!
