    can adults dress up as disney character for mickeys not so scary halloween party? How do you become a mom on the moms panel? I love disney and I have been several times at all different ages.

    Hi Brittany - Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is the only time that adults are allowed to dress in costume.  Keep in mind that it can still be hot in September/October, so plan accordingly.  You'll also want to make sure your face isn't obstructed (for safety purposes).
