We are 4 adults and 3 children (8,5,3), Traveling Jan 31, 2010 - Feb. 6, Since we are going at the slowest time with no free disney dining deal available, how important are dining reservations. We have the dining basic deal but don't want to be tied down.

    Hi Tammy,

Even though you are going at a slow time, I still recommend making dining reservations.  You can always cancel as you firm up your trip details, but it can be difficult for a party of 7 to walk in to a  table service restaurant and be seated.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
