We have 2 adults and 2 children (in our room/pkg) FL 4day tkts. Can we 2 adults show FL residency and activate all 4 tkts at tkt window before our 2 grandkids arrive, so that we are ready for quick park entry next day? Or must they be physically with us?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Bobbi!

We’re so glad you’ve returned and trusted us to assist you as you plan your pixie-dusted visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your grand-mouseketeers! I hope this visit is the most magical yet!

Bobbi, you can certainly activate the tickets ahead of time, even if the grands aren’t with you. Because proof of residency is only required for guests age 18+, as long as the adults can provide valid proof, you can activate your tickets ahead of time. I suggest doing so at the Disney Springs Guest Relations location, so you can make an evening of it and enjoy the world-class shopping, dining, and sight-seeing before you kick-off your enchanted visit.

I hope this information is helpful. For any additional planning tips, advice, or any additional questions you might have, you know where to find us

Wishing you a magical day and an even more magical stay at the place where the magic is endless!
