We, 4 adults & 2 children, are renting a pontoon for the Wishes cruise. Is it customary to tip the tour guide and if so what percentage for good service is acceptable? WDW, POR, 3-23-14 thru 4-3-14. Thanks!

    Hi Cheryl,

My family thoroughly enjoys the Wishes Fireworks Cruise on the pontoon boats! We went with some friends of ours last November and it was so much fun. Yes, it is customary to tip. A good rule of thumb is to offer 15% - 18% of the price of the trip. The captains are all wonderful. They often share information about the resorts, the water ways, history of the area and more.

I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation,
