    We are 5 adults and 6 children planning to visit DW in Dec. 2009. We have the Disney Dining Plan but we want to do many character meals. Is it better to upgrade to the Delux Dining Plan?

    Hi Kathleen, I definitely find that it's usually better to upgrade to the Deluxe Dining Plan if you do feel that you'll use at least 2 table service credits per day.  While you can use the credits for both table and quick service, you'll really only get value from the plan if you eat most of your meals at table service locations.  Cinderella's Royal Table does require two table service credits, but most of the character meals only require one.

    If you find that you only need a few extra table service credits, keep in mind that you can purchase meals "out of pocket".  We've done that in the past, and usually pay cash for those meals that are least expensive.
