2 Adults and 2 Boys thinking of going to Captain Jacks for the last night? Think we will be at Hollywood Studios that day in the am but have hopper. Any good dining suggestions?

    Hi Jennifer!

Captain Jack's is a great spot to toast to a wonderful day at Disney.  This Downtown Disney restaurant is located on the water, and recently updated its outstanding menu.  The selections include fresh and creative seafood specialities.  My favorites include the Crab Cake and Shrimp and Chicken Etoufee.  There are also plenty of options for "land lubbers" and a very "kid friendly" children's menu that my boys love.  If you are in the mood for some "adult" beverages, Captain Jack's has some great cocktails, including my favorite, the Captain CoLAVA, which is like a raspberry pina colada (yummy)!

Other great options at Downtown Disney include Raglan Road, which is a fabulous Irish pub with an interesting and very popular menu, Fulton's Crab House (more seafood) and Portobello (Italian).

If you are interested in staying at Hollywood Studios for dinner, I recommend Mama Melrose for a great, casual Italian meal (they have wonderful pasta dishes and flatbreads) or, for a signature dining experience, Brown Derby, where their Atlantic Salmon and famous Cobb Salad rank near the top of my favorites!

Whichever you chose, have a wonderful dinner!  Bon Appetit!
