    Hi Jamie!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

You are going during a relatively quiet time at Walt Disney World, so it's not that important to plan what day you are visiting which park based on the predicted crowds.  Instead, you can plan to visit the various parks in an order that makes sense or that is more emotionally appealing.  With young children, I would recommend something like:

    Day 1:  Epcot
    Day 2:  Magic Kingdom
    Day 3:  Disney's Animal Kingdom
    Day 4:  Magic Kingdom
    Day 5:  Disney's Hollywood Studios
Days 6 and 7:  Return to your favorite parks or attractions (if you can park hop)

For other places to dine at, I would suggest the Sci Fi Dine-In Theater in Disney's Hollywood Studios, Tusker House in Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Liberty Tree Tavern and the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
