    Are adults allowed to wear disney character costumes to dinner during a cruise when it is not a Halloween cruise? I have a Bo Peep from Toy Story costume that I would love to wear on the curise.

    Thanks for visiting with us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Your question is a good one and relevant since at Walt Disney World, there are rules regarding adults and costumes that typically restrict their usage. At Disney Cruise Line, adults are allowed and encouraged to wear costumes for Pirate Night, Star Wars Day at Sea, Pixar Pals Party and also for Halloween on the High Seas. If an adult desires to wear a costume of a Disney Character, the guidelines state that in order to protect the integrity of the characters, adults are only allowed to wear them on the special occasion nights listed above. Additional guidelines regarding costumes for both adults and children includes no masks covering the face, the costume needs to be appropriate, and no toy weapons (except for light-sabers of course). Mazelle, I hope that you find an appropriate cruise to wear that Bo Peep costume because it sounds really neat. Please come back to see us if you need further assistance.
