Hi Megan, and Boo to You!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. My family had a frightfully fun time at this year’s
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and I’m so glad you’re planning to join the happy haunts.
As Walt Disney himself said, “imagination has no age,” and Walt Disney World is the perfect, pixie-dusted place to leave the world of grown-up worries behind and experience real magic. I must say, I can’t think of a better way to do live that ideal than trick-or treating down Main Street, U.S.A.!
Megan, adults are absolutely welcome to trick-or-treat at the party. As you enter, everyone in your party will be handed a trick-or-treat bag and even get that first scoop of treats. Should you or anyone in your party need the allergy-friendly bag, just let a Cast Member know. On your Guidemap, you’ll see treat stations highlighted, and they are also pretty hard to miss as you walk around Magic Kingdom Park – they’re marked by giant, light-up inflatables, and the Cast Members working the stations wear super cute themed costumes. (Pro tip: you can go through the lines more than once if you really want to stock up on that candy, and the lines get shorter later in the night.)
I hope you and your family have the best time at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Megan! From the sweets to the amazing entertainment (it’s seriously all so good – do not miss the
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular) to the fun photo ops, rare characters, and people-watching, the whole party really is a treat!
Wishing you a magical – and candy filled – vacation,
Robyn
