Are adults able to order from the kids menu, or is that frowned upon? Honestly the portions at Disney are so large I can't eat them all! And since I'm going solo, I don't have the option of sharing a meal, and I feel it's wasteful.

    Hello, Jann!

One of the BEST and most MAGICAL activities you can do at Walt Disney World is EAT incredible food!!  It is so fun visiting the different Disney restaurants and enjoying the atmosphere, the Cast Members, and the FOOD!

I totally understand your question! Walt Disney World definitely does not skimp on food portions. (When does Walt Disney World ever skimp on anything?!)  However, after talking to several Cast Members, we all came to the conclusion that it is frowned upon for an adult to eat from the kid's menu. However, the Cast Members also said it is up to each restaurant to make that final decision.  So, to answer your question, I would ask when you arrive at a Disney restaurant if they will allow you to order from the kid's menu.  At that point, they will be able to give you an answer for that specific restaurant.

If you have other questions, please let us know! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
