We're adult siblings planning a trip to WDW. I'm in charge of booking later this week and it doesn't look like it breaks it down per person. Will I have to calculate it myself to see who owes what?

    Hi Laura!

Disney certainly understands that different parties will be booking a room during their stay together. You will only be required to put down a one night deposit to reserve the room initially.

When you check into the resort you will then ask the cast member to have you both set up separate Magic Band accounts. You will each need to put your own credit card down and that credit card will take care of any purchases or charges you make to YOUR Magic Band. They should also be able to split the room charges for your trip but if not this is an easy calculation for you to figure out in the end.

When my family comes to Disney for a family vacation and we have a large three bedroom unit, each family sets up their own accounts to keep things easy and stress free. It is not difficult to handle when you arrive. If you have gift cards you can also simply put those down for your account to work off of.

Good luck in booking your favorite resort and we will see you soon!
