    I have an adult in my party who suffers from anxiety, especially in crowds and confined spaces. Can she get a GAC? Does she need a doctor's note? And what exactly will it entitle her to? ...shortened wait times, seating near the exit on rides? Thx

    Hi Jaime!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    She should be able to get a Guest Assistance Card at Guest Services in any of the theme parks.  She does not need to bring a doctor's note or anything like that.  She just needs to explain to the Disney Cast Member what her needs are and then the Cast Member will be able to give her a card explaining the accommodations that should be made.  Unfortunately, I can't tell you what they may be, but it should help with the crowds.  However, it may not result in shorter wait times; sometimes it might and sometimes Disney may provide an alternative waiting area with less crowds.
